Are you Ready To Relax?

It begins with practice!

We can read the theory but it is in the practice where change occurs. Learn to make mindfulness part of your everyday life and enjoy the benefits. There are many classes available that will teach you mindfulness, relaxation techniques and I am only one of them.

Classes held every Wednesday 7:30-8:30 pm. Cost is $15.00 per person, pay on the day. Bring a mat or blanket. Wear comfortable clothing.
