MBSR

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

What is MBSR?

Over 30 years ago Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn generated an eight week program which we now call MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) at the Massachusetts Medical Center. MBSR was developed to help people suffering from chronic pain or illness or stress associated with anxiety or depression.

Who can benefit?

The course is for anyone who wants to reduce stress, chronic pain, anxiety and depression. To enhance relationships, be more resilient and less reactive in our habitual ways.

“Mindfulness can only be understood from the inside out. It is a way of being and a way of seeing that has profound implications for understanding the nature of our own minds and bodies, and for living life as if it really mattered.” Jon Kabat-Zinn

To have more clarity and increase performance. To bring a greater sense of connection and compassion to ourselves and all human beings.

Cost for 8 week program: $695
