14 Mindful Minutes is a Healthy Together initiative partnering with Ready to Relax. This is a six month project beginning with classes at Werribee. I am honoured to  be part of this community project together with my colleagues Rose and Roland.

The project is to benefit all who live in the Wyndham community by encouraging the practice of mindfulness and relaxation techniques to promote better mental wellbeing and gentle physcial activity through yoga.

 

 

Program

Include our event dates in your diary and register for one or all events. ( Registration will be available the first week of Feburary )

Classes

Learn how to relax and practice living in the now through mindfulness.

Classes every Tuesday during school terms from 7.30 pm till 8.30 pm
